Ingredients

  1. 2Ripe Plantain
  2. 3 cupsbrown beans
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. 2onion
  6. 2knorr seasoning
  7. 2cksp Crayfish
  8. 1/4 kgPalmoil
  9. 2Ginger
  10. 2Garlic
  11. 2 cupsyellow corn

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beans with a pressure pot for 20minutes.

  2. 2

    Wash the beans.boil water and add the beans.

  3. 3

    Allow it to boil very well.add onion,Ginger and garlic.

  4. 4

    After 7mins add Maggi,crayfish,Pepper and salt.

  5. 5

    After 5mins.Check the seed to know if is soft.then pour in the yellow corn.

  6. 6

    Boil for 5mins and add palmoil.

  7. 7

    After 2mins turn with a wooden spoon very well.

  8. 8

    Check the seed of the beans,by now the corn is also done.

  9. 9

    Boil for another 2mins,and bring down.

  10. 10

    Cut plantain,Wash and boil for 10mins.

  11. 11

    Peel the bathe back and serve with the beans and corn.
