  • 4eggs
  • 1 2/3 cupsugar
  • 1 cupoil
  • 16 ozcan pumpkin
  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspground cinnamon
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • frosting
  • 3 ozcream cheese
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 cupconfectioners sugar

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    In bowl, mix eggs,sugar,oil and pumpkin till light and fluffy.

    Stir flour baking powder, cinnamon , salt and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly

    Spread batter in 15x10x1 pan. Bake for 25 - 30 min

    Cool and fridge and cut cold.
