Ingredients

  1. BASIC PIZZA ( NON YEAST)
  2. 1 1/2 cupflour
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 dashsalt
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1egg
  7. MEATLESS TOPPING OPTIONAL
  8. 3 tbspcreamy sweet corn
  9. 3 tbspkidney bean
  10. 6dried apricot
  11. CHEESE OPTION
  12. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese or cheddar or mozzarella
  13. ADDITIONAL GARNISH
  14. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  15. 4dried apricot
  16. 2 tbspkidney bean

Cooking Instructions

    PIZZA DOUGH

    Mix egg with oil and milk first then add flour and salt

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredient and knead for 5 minute then divide into 3 balls

  4. 4

    PIZZA TOPPING

  5. 5

    Layer creamy sweet corn then kidney beans and dried apricot top parmesan cheese

  6. 6

    Bake it at 220 C for 15 to 20 minute depending on the thickness of the pizza .

    Cover top with aluminium foil if top burn too quickly

    ADDITIONAL GARNISH

  9. 9

    Top additional kidney bean and dried apricot top parmesan cheese again

  10. 10

    Slice up and enjoy
