Ingredients

  1. 1 tspblack pepper
  2. 1 tspminced garlic or powder
  3. 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
  4. 2 packagesshredded boneless, skinless chicken breast (can use rotisserie chicken)
  5. 116 oz ricotta
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 packagessoftened cream cheese
  8. 2 tspseason salt
  9. 2jars of favorite alfredo sauce
  10. 1 mediumdiced onion
  11. 1 mediumdiced red pepper
  12. 1 packages12 oz shredded four cheese blend
  13. 1 packages12 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  14. 1 packageslarge shells

    Boil shells as directed. Drain and cool.

  2. 2

    Cook red pepper, onion, and minced garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken and italian seasoning. Cook until done. Then set aside.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven @ 400°.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, until chicken is done, in a medium bowl, mix ricotta and egg first. Then cream cheese and 1/2 four cheese blend.

  5. 5

    Add chicken mixture to ricotta mixture. Then start stuffing shells. Use a 9x13 pan to line up shells. If you have to overlap them. Sprinkle rest of seasonings over shells.

  6. 6

    In large pot, heat alfredo & rest of four cheese blend until well blended. Then pour over shells & sprinkle parmesan cheese.

  7. 7

    Cook for 45 minutes-1 hour or until nice & bubbly. Then serve with garlic bread &/or salad.
