Steps

Boil water in a pot. Add sugar. Boil it

Heat ghee in Kadhai. Once it melts add Suji. Roast it until golden on slow flame.

Once Suji is done add sugar syrup. Add dry fruits & ellaychi powder. Stir well..

Saute continously so that no lumps remain. keep on stirring often till the whole mixture starts thickening and starts to leave the edge of the kadhai.

Serve hot.
