1 tbspgarlic salt
1 tbspcumin
1 tbspbasil
1 tbsppeppery garlic
1milk
1 tbsppaprika

1whole mushrooms

Mix egg and milk

Mix flour and seasonings

Dip mushrooms in egg mixture then in flour mixture and fry til golden brown

Ranch or sweet onion blossom dipping sauce or whatever you like....enjoy

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
