Steps

Wash dryfish with warm water and salt.remove the bones.

Boil with onion,Salt and Maggi for at least 20minutes.

Slice out yam and boil for 15minutes.pound very well with mortar.

Add more water to the dry fish and boil.onces is boiling add the pounded yam

Allow to boil very well.awell.add the cat Fish.

Add onion and salt cover the pot and boil for about 10-15minutes.
- 7
Uncover the pot and add pepper,crayfish and ogiri.
- 8
Boil for another 7minutes.soup is ready.
