  • 11 inch thick SPAM slice
  • 1/4 cupcooked Kale
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1 pinchcayenne pepper

    Toast muffins

    Cook SPAM

  3. 3

    Cook Kale in pot of water until soft

  4. 4

    Butter bread and layer eggs, kale and SPAM

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

    Enjoy!
