Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSushi rice
  2. 1 packagesbean sprouts
  3. 1shitaki mushrooms
  4. 1 packagesfine shredded parmesan cheese
  5. 1 bunchcilantro
  6. 1hosin sauce or japanese bbq sauce
  7. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350

    cook sushi rice

  3. 3

    in a nonstick saute pan, place rice about 1/2 inch thick in a round shape

  4. 4

    another pan sauted mushrooms in a hosin sauce

  5. 5

    heat rice lightly in order to just brown the bottom layer

  6. 6

    sprinkle bean sprouts over the rice evenly

  7. 7

    next do the same with the sauted mushrooms

  8. 8

    then i drizzle hosin sauce lightly over pizza

  9. 9

    add about 1 cup of parmesan covering entire pizza

  10. 10

    place pan in the oven for 15 mintues

  11. 11

    chop cilantro and sprinkle over pizza when finished cooking

  12. 12

    use a pizza cutter and slice into desired amour of slices

  13. 13

    salt and pepper to taste
