I had some extra vegetable and sausage that I had to use before it went bad. So i put it altogether add some spices and it was a hit. My children really enjoyed it.

8 ozsliced mushroom
6 ozcherry tomatoes (halved)
1sliced red bell pepper
18 ozsausage
2 tbspchopped chives
1 tbspground black pepper
1 clovegarlic
1 tbspolive oil

1. Chop or slice all ingredients.

Heat pan with olive oil to medium heat and add all ingredients except tomatoes. Heat for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes and get for 10 minutes longer.

Serve over your choice of rice or noodles.
