  • 1Frozen waffle, thawed
  • 1Scrambled eggs, prepared how you like them
  • 1Sausage or bacon crumbles
  • 1Shredded cheese
  • 1Syrup to drizzle

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Fold waffle in half and secure with two toothpicks at the top. Spray both sides with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes turning halfway through

  3. 3

    Stuff waffle taco with scrambled eggs, meat, and cheese.
    Return to oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with syrup, if desired
