Colorful Veggie Tart Colorful Veggie Tart
Today was Farmers Market day in the village close to my house. It was a lovely, a bit cold but sunny day so it gave me a chance to walk over and look around to see what they had to offer. There was a wide variety of things to choose from vegetables, fish, cheeses etc.. 🙂 I wanted to make this tart, so I was hoping to find all the ingredients I needed. While strolling through the market I saw the wonderful vegetables, that I just had to buy. 🙂I know most think that this dish is considered more of summer dish but to be honest, I love to eat soups to tarts all year round. Very simple recipe and so tasteful…the peppers along with the zucchini, aubergines, and onions, just have this powerful taste. After I took it out of the oven I just had to try it to see how it turned out, what more can I say than it just made me smile. 🙂 Foodzesty -
Colorful Egg and Vegetable Salad Colorful Egg and Vegetable Salad
My mother has been making this salad for ages, and it's a firm family favorite! You can enjoy both soft and fluffy and crunchy-crispy textures in one dish. We always eat an amazing amount of this.I use a non-stick frying pan for Step 4, so I don't use any oil. Please add a little if your frying pan requires it so that the eggs don't stick. For 4 to 5 servings. Recipe by Nanaiku cookpad.japan -

Colorful Dome Shaped Fruit Yogurt Jelly Colorful Dome Shaped Fruit Yogurt Jelly

I think it's fun to cut up the gelatin like a cake in a festive way.Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste. The fruit I used were: 5 strawberries, 1 banana, 1/8 honeydew melon, 3 halved canned yellow peaches. For 1 18cm bowl. Recipe by Sougenusagi cookpad.japan -
Rainbow Popsicles Rainbow Popsicles
I wanted to use the fruits I had left over from baking a fruit-filled cake to make something I could enjoy in the summertime. It's a super easy recipe that anyone can follow. The amounts listed here show what I used when I made my popsicles, but the amount of syrup you'll need will depend on how sweet your fruits are. Adjust the amount of syrup as you go, while testing out the taste. If you think the liquid mixture might be just a bit too sweet, it'll probably end up tasting just right once it's completely frozen.
