#mycookbookThis Butter Fried Chicken is one of a ‘must order’ menus in Indonesian Chinese restaurants. The smell of the butter really makes people drooling 🤤 The crunchiness of the chicken makes people eating again and again 😋 There are many different ways how to cook this dish. Some people like to boil the chicken before they fry it. Some like to use soy sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce. This is how my mom used to cook it for me when I was little 😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -

Fried Chicken Fried Chicken
I modified a recipe from "America's Most Wanted Recipes," which features recipes from famous restaurants and fast food chains.Chicken with bones attached tastes better than boneless. The original recipe uses 3 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and instead of allspice, uses accents, flavor enhancers, and a pressure fryer. Recipe by NY cookpad.japan
