Poke brats several times with a fork. Boil bratwurst in chicken broth, then simmer for 15 minutes

Take out brats and cut into one inch slices

Cut bacon strips in half & wrap around each bratwurst and hold together with a toothpick

Mix together brown sugar and cayenne pepper

Cover the brats in the brown sugar mixture
- 6
Add to a cookie sheet and bake on 350° until bacon is fully cooked
