Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 2-3tomatoes chopped
  • 2-3onions chopped
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 2-3potatoes chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspdhania powder
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspHaldi powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • Ginger hari Mirchi paste
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • as neededSabut garam masala
  • 1 tbspMaggie masala
  • 1/2 bowlPaneer fried
  • 4-5 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/2 tbsphing

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Chop all the veggies

  3. 3

    Heat Cooker, add oil, hing and jeera

  4. 4

    Add onions and fry till light brown in colour

  5. 5

    Add all the spices tomatoes and vegetables.

  6. 6

    Mix well and add 1 glass water.

  7. 7

    When the water boils add rice.

  8. 8

    Close the cooker lid for 5- 7 minutes till 2 whistles.

  9. 9

    Garnish with chopped Coriander and add lemon juice and serve Piping hot with curd
