Basic Yellow Gravy for Makhani

First fry sliced onion golden brown on 1 tbsp of oil. In same oil fry ginger, garlic, green chilli, cashew and bay leaf. Fry bay leaf at last till it it almost get burn. So flavour will come in that oil.

Roast tomato on open flame.

Once all is prepare, make finest paste of it. And pour this paste again on same pan. Now add all spices and mix it till all gets together.

When masala s are cook add curd and mix it. Cook it again till it reduces moisture.

At last add cream, sugar and salt and mix it. And cook it till it get desire yellowish colour

Tips. Now add any vegetables, paneer, chana, chicken in it. Add additional butter and make any kind of makhni.
