Mac & Cheese has always been a favorite of mine. It's easy to make last minute and is affordable. You can always use skim milk and fat free cheeses to make a healthier dish to enjoy.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupuncooked macaroni or pasta of choice
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  4. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1salt & pepper
  6. 1 cupsmoked chedder, shredded
  7. 1old bay (optional)(add any seasonings of choice here)
  8. 8 ozvelveeta cheese, shredded (cut back for less creamy)
  9. 1 cupsharp chedder, shredded
  10. 1 cupColby & Montgomery jack cheese blend, shredded

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350

    Cook macaroni or pasta of choice; drain, set aside.

    In a large bowl add milk, heavy cream and cheeses, except smoked chedder

  4. 4

    Stir to combine

  5. 5

    Talk milk mixture, add salt & pepper until good. Add old bay or other seasonings here.

    Add eggs and stir.

    Butter 9×9 dish

  8. 8

    Pour milk/cheese mixture over macaroni. Top with smoked chedder.

    Bake 35-45. Cool 10-15.
