  • 1 dashsea salt
  • 8 ozboiling water
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 packagespeppermint tea

    Boil water in a POT with ginger

    Spoon out ginger

    Pour in mug

    Add peppermint tea bag

    Stir in sugar and salt
