Finally, I made a chicken salad I really love. I was quite surprised with myself, and can simply add as much or as little as you like of ingredients, depending on how many you're serving.

Finally, I made a chicken salad I really love. I was quite surprised with myself, and can simply add as much or as little as you like of ingredients, depending on how many you're serving.

Ingredients

  1. 2celery, chopped
  2. 1 1/4 mediumred onion, chopped
  3. 1dijon mustard
  4. 3 tbspmayonnaise, or as needed
  5. 1onion powder
  6. 1garlic powder
  7. 1salt & pepper
  8. 2 tbspolive oil
  9. 1basil
  10. 1boneless skinless chicken breast

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Place chicken in pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Cook 25 min. Then let cool for 20 min.

    Combine chopped celery, red onion, garlic & onion powder, light amount of dijon mustard & mayo in bowl. Chopped chicken and add. Mix.

    Let chill in fridge for at least 25 minutes
