  1. 2kale
  2. 1/4 cupscallions
  3. 2 tbspdried onions
  4. 1 3/4 cuprice
  5. 3egg whites (free range, organic)
  6. 1/2 cupcheddar cheese
  7. 4 slicehoney ham

  1. 1

    Chop scallions, ham, and kale, then combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.

    Scoop the ingredients into a muffin tray and sprinkle as much cheese as desired on top of each. Bake at 350°F for 18 - 20 minutes.
