My girl friend and I wanted to start getting together and trying new recipes once a month. This was the first dish we tried and it was soo yummy. Definitely going to cook this again. It was a very easy dish to make which was a plus with the kidos running around.

Ingredients

  1. 2 largeBonless skinless Chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 cupWhole wheat bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 tspBasil
  4. 1/4 tspOregano
  5. 1/4 tspthyme
  6. 1/4 tspRosemary
  7. 1 pinchSalt and pepper
  8. 1Juice from 1 lemon
  9. 1 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 450

    Cut chicken into cutlets

  3. 3

    combined spices and bread crumbs in a deep dish

  4. 4

    Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice in a separate bowl

  5. 5

    line baking sheet with foil then lightly coat with butter

  6. 6

    Dip chicken in oil/lemon juice then dip in the bread crumb mix coating both sides of chicken

  7. 7

    place on baking sheet and put in oven

  8. 8

    cook for me 15 minutes then flip chicken and return to oven for 8 minutes

  9. 9

    Take out of oven, put chicken on a plate and eat:)
