Mixed dry and wet ingredients together to form a marinade

Cut breast of chicken into smaller fillets approx. 6

Add chicken into Marinade, cover well. (Better left for a few hours) Just as good straight away.

Heat up Griddle pan til slight smoke appears, add fillets to cook. Turn occasionally cooks within 4-6 mins

Serving suggestions: pitta bread, hummus, cheese, Sundried Tomatoes, wedges
