Ingredients

  1. Sockeye Salmon
  2. 1/2 lbof fresh Sockeye Salmon
  3. 3/4of lemon, squeezed
  4. 1 cloveof garlic, minched
  5. 1some olive oil
  6. 1 pinchof oregano leaves
  7. Bedding
  8. 1handful of fresh baby spinach
  9. 1 sliceof red pepper
  10. 6mushrooms, chopped
  11. 1 dashof paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat two frying pans in medium heat.

    Rinse salmon and vegetables.

  3. 3

    Marinate the Sockeye in a bowl with your Sockeye ingredients. Then, dice up the red peppers and mushrooms.

    When the pan fries are ready, put a little bit of olive oil and start cooking!

  5. 5

    Keep the moisture in the pan fry for the salmon by placing the lid on top. Salmon should be well done in about 10 mins.

    Sauté your vegetables and add a dash of paprika.

  7. 7

    Once they are done toss them in a bowl with baby spinach.

  8. 8

    Put the salmon and vegetables on the plate and serve with slices of lemon.
