Cooking Instructions

Preheat two frying pans in medium heat.

Rinse salmon and vegetables.

Marinate the Sockeye in a bowl with your Sockeye ingredients. Then, dice up the red peppers and mushrooms.

When the pan fries are ready, put a little bit of olive oil and start cooking!

Keep the moisture in the pan fry for the salmon by placing the lid on top. Salmon should be well done in about 10 mins.

Sauté your vegetables and add a dash of paprika.

Once they are done toss them in a bowl with baby spinach.

Put the salmon and vegetables on the plate and serve with slices of lemon.
