Zip Dip

This is soooo awesome! Got the recipe from a friend off pinterest. You can control the heat by using hot, medium or mild jalapeños and the cayenne. I used mild and it couldve used a bit more heat I think. Also, this makes a TON so youll need to do it in batches unless you have a super big processor or cut the recipe in half.

Steps
- 1
Let cheese stand at room temperature until very soft.
- 2
In a food processor, mix jalapenos with juice, garlic cloves and onions.
- 3
Slowly in small portions add cheese to mixture and blend on low speed until smooth.
- 4
Add mayonnaise and cayenne pepper, mix only until blended. Do not over mix; dip will be thin. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- 5
Great to give as gifts in a decorated jar and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables or spiced crackers (see my other recipe). This makes a LOT so share with friends!

Note: Do not use the "light" ingredients or the dip will be too thin and runny. It's a dip so it's not meant to be healthy! LOL!
