  5. 1ladle of palm oil

  1. 1

    Peel yam and cut into sizes of choice and boil with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Wash and cut leaves then set it aside with the onion

  3. 3

    Put the frying pan on fire add the palm oil, onion, cray and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Fry for 10seconds and add the scent leaves
