Ingredients

  • 1 tspof chopped garlic
  • 1 tbspof oil
  • 1 cupof Chinese cabbage, cut ruply
  • 1half carrot slice
  • 1 cuptogether of broccoli and cauliflower
  • 200 gramsof chanterelle
  • 1 tbspof oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbspof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof chicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in frying pan stir in garlic and mushrooms

  2. 2

    Add cauliflower and broccoli then in go the carrot then add chicken stock cover for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cabbage and oyster sauce mix together and add sugar.
