Mix together all the ingrediends for the Dressing sauce

Cut each french loaf into 3 equal pieces, cut open and butter

Braise onions until lightly brown, add salt and pepper

Fry french fries until cooked

Fry sausages and slice each one into 4, length wise

Fry eggs to your preference

On the bottom half of the french loaves start with a layer of sliced tomato

Follow with braised onions

Now add the sausage then the fries

Topped with sauce

Finally add 2 eggs per roll

Close and enjoy
