Jollof rice with chicken and egg

Steps

Parboil rice and wash well.

Put your dry pot on heat add oil and fry your onions, pepper and tomatoes.

Add your seasoning.

Add water allow to boil then add your rice.

Allow to cook until rice becomes tender and stuck dried up.

Add your vegetables stir. jollof rice is ready.

Wash your egg and boil with the shell for 10-15mins. Peel off the shell.

Boil chicken with and onions and seasoning for 20-35mins and fry in a deep fryer until skin becomes brown.

Lunch is ready.
