Ingredients

3 minutes
6 people
  • 1 kgboiled rice
  • 1/2 kgbeef optional
  • Tomato puree
  • Onion chopped
  • Pilau masala
  • Ginger powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 50 mlCooking oil
  • Lemon

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

    Add cooking oil on a sauce pan

  2. 2

    Add onions and all other ingredients listed (don't overbrown onions)

  3. 3

    Add rice while adding soy sauce till the colour becomes favourable

  4. 4

    Correct seasoning

  5. 5

    Remove from heat, serve while hot

  6. 6

    Garnish with lemon
