Boild onion then cool them then blend with cashews ginger garlic and tomatoes

Heat oil in kadai add green cardamom and cloves saute then add onion puree cook then until the mixture becomes thick add red chilli powder and garam masala saute on a slow flame

Add mushroom saute for a few minutes then add salt and water and cook until the mushrooms turn soft then add kasuri methi and cream then mix and serve hot hot masala mushroom
