Ingredients

  • For muthiya/ koftas
  • 1 cupLauki grated (put little salt and squeeze excess water)keep the lauki water and add later to the gravy
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala
  • 1/4tsp
  • 1/2 cupRoasted besan .
  • For gravy
  • 1onion finely. Chopped
  • I tomato finely chopped
  • Salt little
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli (if you want spicy add more)
  • 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspAnd finally amchur powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for koftas make muthiya or koftas by applying little oil in hand..fry them and keep aside

  2. 2

    Take little oil in a pan add onion saute..when light brown Add tomatoes add all the spices and fry till masala leaves oil.

  3. 3

    Put the muthiyas/ koftas on a plate.. Pour the gravy on top garnish with dhaniya patta Lemon Green chilles Tomatoes and whisk curd Goes well with rumali or chapatis
