Malaidaar Palak Corn
Steps

Heat oil to smoke. Put crushed garlic and chopped green chilli. Saute and put finely chopped onions. Cook till pinkish brown.

Then add chopped / pureed tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala. Mix well.

Now add malai/ fresh cream. Add pureed palak mix it and put corns and some water.

Cover and cook for 10 mins on slow flame.

When done garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with Naan/Paratha/tandoori roti.
