The combination of my recipe make diet balanced plus makes it look yummy.
Steps

Cut your beef into small bits.

Put some water in a bowl and add some salt plus beef flavours or any flavour of ya choice

Add your chopped meat on that bowl and cover for 15mins to facilitate malination

Chop your onion and put them on flying pan.

Fry the onions until its mild brown.

Add your marinated meat.nb.squeeze all water out before you put your marinated beef to the frying pan

Stir the need until it starts turning brown.

Prepare your capsicum and corianda.

Add your fine chopped tomatoes and cover for five minutes.

Stir the beef to mix with tomatoes add your fine chopped carrots plus capsicum and corianda.then cover for five ten minutes

Remove the program from fire.

Put another pot on fire and add 500mls of water

Wait for water to boil.

After the water has boiled add corn floor and stir until the mixture is crunchy.

Cook it for five minutes.

Now serve your dish while ugali is still hot.
