2fresh Gilke
1 cupbesan
1 tspajwain
1 tspturmeric
1 tspchilli garlic paste
1 tbspchopped coriander
1 pinchsoda
as per tasteSalt

Steps

1

Slice cut gilka. And marinate it with salt. This will soften it.

Mix besan with ajwain, salt, garlic chilli paste and water and make thick paste of it. Add soda later.

Deep gilka slice in it and deep fry it till it become golden.

Serve it hot only.
