  • 1Big nduma
  • Salt(optional)
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the nduma and cut it in to pieces.

  2. 2

    Wash them clean and put them in a sufuria with water then add salt.

  3. 3

    Put on a jiko or any source of heat then let it boil while covered.

  4. 4

    Use a fork to test if they are ready.once ready remove and serve hot with milk tea.
