  • 4 mediumpotatoes
  • 8 smallonion
  • 3/4 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • SPICY SAUCE / SAMBAL SAUCE
  • 2 tbspspicy sauce or any sambal oelek

    Peel the potato and cut into chunk then deep fried till its lightly cooked and brown drain and set aside

    With oil saute onion with spicy sauce / sambal sauce or any store bought sambal oelek for 1 minutes then add light soy sauce and sugar mix vigorously

    Add in the deep fried potato with lime juice mix well and off heat and serve immediately
