Mix all the crust ingredients. Make the dough into a ball. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Line a tart pan with the pastry . Prick the bottom with a fork so it won't rise while cooking in the oven.

Put in heated oven (350 F) until crust is dry and cooked.

In a bowl mix the egg yolk with the sugar and vanilla. Whisk well until creamy and shiny.

Heat the milk in a pot. Then add it to the creamy egg mixture in the bowl. Mix well together. Then return the mixture to the pot. Add cornstarch and flour. Mix and heat until it thickens.

Cover and leave it to cool. Then spread it over the baked and cooled pie crust.

Cover with kiwi and banana slices or any fruit of your choice. (Strawberries or peaches...)
