Ingredients

  1. 1chicken (6 thighs) dark meat, remove as much fat/skin as possible, and cut into small pieces
  2. 3 tbspfish sauce
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1/2onion, chopped(diced)
  5. 2 clovegarlic (minced)
  6. 1 piece(about the size of your thumb) ginger, jullian
  7. 1 stalkgreen onion (chopped)
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1ground pepper to taste
  10. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    On high heat caramelize sugar(about 1 min), then add chicken, garlic, onion, ginger. Stir for 2 minutes or until chicken opaque. Add salt, fish sauce, pepper and water, stir and cover for about 10 min or till chicken cooked
