Steps

Cut beef tips into bite size pieces.

Lightly salt and pepper and place in crock pot.

Mix soups and gravy and pour over meat.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

When almost ready to eat cook rice.

Place 2.5 cups of water in a pot with 1 cup of brown rice and boil

When rice is boiling, reduce to low and set simmer for 45 minutes then fluff and let sit for 5 minutes. (white rice is optional and much faster to cook)
