Take a look at my blog here:http://ameblo.jp/cooking-s-papa/entry-11216035074.html-When you're cutting simmered boiled eggs, it works well if you cut them while placed on the palms of your hands (be careful not to cut yourself).-You can adjust the hardness of the egg yolks. I boiled the eggs for 6 minutes in the picture.-You can marinate the eggs in the sauce from simmered pork. They'll turn out delicious this way as well.("Simmered pork" Recipe by Cooking S Papa cookpad.japan -

Seasoned Eggs for Ramen Seasoned Eggs for Ramen
I made this because I wanted seasoned eggs as a topping for my ramen. I made mine by watering down the leftover 'kaeshi" sweet sauce that I had from serving soba the night before.Check the color of the eggs after a few hours of marinating. If they appear spotty, roll around the eggs a bit to adjust. For best results, marinate the eggs in a zip bag so that the marinade will coat the eggs evenly. Recipe by Masaomasao cookpad.japan -
Seasoned Eggs for Ramen Seasoned Eggs for Ramen
I have been making these eggs for a long time.Step 1 If using these for ramen, I recommend soft-boiling the eggs. Boil the water, add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes (stir them around as they cook so that the yolk doesn't become lopsided). Place the eggs in cold water. Once cooled, peel the shell. Dressed Eggs Dressed Eggs
In Alabama, they call these dressed eggs. Most know them as deviled eggs. Sometimes, I put some bacon bits on the top. What makes these a bit different is the use of Albama BBQ sauce. Some people like these with relish as well, but I didn't have any on hand. Raven -

I saw seasoned eggs on a cooking TV program, and I tried making them several times. Then I arrived to this recipe! When you peel the eggs, do it in water. Cracking in the water makes the shells come off easily. Recipe by Bokkochan cookpad.japan
