Ingredients

2 can(29oz each) of Tomato Sauce
1 can(6oz) tomato paste
4 tbspminced garlic
2 tbspfresh parsley; minced
1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
4 tspdry oregano
3 tspgranulated sugar
1 1/2 tspsea salt
1/2 tspground black pepper
1 bunchScallions/ green onions - chopped

Heat large sauce pan, add oil and then onions & parsley. Cook briefly, then add cans of Tomato sauce & paste..

After sauce is mixed, add spices, salt & sugar. Bring to Boil briefly and set aside to cool than store. Or to use in my Lasagna recipe or your own pasta dish... Enjoy!
