Ingredients

  1. 1frozen pie shell
  2. 3eggs
  3. 2tins of salmon
  4. 1 cupbroccoli (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2 cupswiss cheese (grated)
  6. 2/3 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  8. 1 tbspcornstarch
  9. 1 tbspdill
  10. dashsalt
  11. dashground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°

    Cook frozen pie shell for 8 mins.

    Reduce oven temp to 325°.

    Combine milk, mayonnaise, cornstarch, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.

    Add drained salmon, broccoli, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Pour mix into pie shell.

  7. 7

    Cook at 325° for 45 mins.

    Let stand 5 mins before serving.
