Ingredients

  • 2whole boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cuppure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cupBrown sugar
  • 3 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 cupsoy sauce
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1dried basil to taste
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspground ginger

    mix all ingredients except the chicken in large bowl

  2. 2

    add chicken and marinate 2 hours

  3. 3

    now u can either bake in casserole dish in the marinade at 350 for 30 minutes, flipping half way through or...

  4. 4

    grill or fry on stove top in small amount of oil
