# Diwalidelight Offer a total new melting in mouth chips on the occasion of Diwali to your cute little guests. A cake is served in form of chips and that also using wheat flour and soya flour. A well explained recipe which you will be able to make now.
Steps
- 1
Sieve both flours (with baking powder)
- 2
Beat eggs well. mix 125 grms Sugar and butter well using your fingers.
- 3
Add flour and beaten eggs to the butter Sugar mixture.
- 4
Add Cinnamon powder.
- 5
Add blended Dates to the half of the batter.
- 6
In other half add rest 50 grams of Sugar.
- 7
You can add milk to adjust consistency which suits you to pipe out the batter from your piping bag.
- 8
Now fill in the piping bag. First we will make the Chips with Cinnamon and Sugar combination batter.
- 9
Set a greased parchment paper on a baking tray. ( I used ghee to grease as it gives a nice flavor to the baked chips.
- 10
Pipe out Chips shape(a thin circle) on the greased parchment paper.
- 11
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes on a middle rack. (180 C)
- 12
Now flip the chips and bake for another 5 minutes.
- 13
Let it cool for 5 minutes. And your melting in mouth chips are ready to eat.
- 14
Your kids will just gulp them I swear.
- 15
Your chips with Dates are to be baked very carefully. Add 2 tbsp wheat flour to make it crispy.
- 16
You can bake it at a lower temperature (150 C) for 12 minutes.
- 17
Or you can bake it at 180 for 5 minutes on center rod and than again for five minutes on top rod. Than you don't need to flip the chips.
- 18
You may need to bake a little more on low temperature if you have scooped out the batter and not used piping bag as it will be little thicker than one which is piped out.
- 19
If you want little soft for younger kids than baking at 180 for 5 minutes twice (by flipping once) is fine.
- 20
Your 1 year kid will love it as it will taste like a baked pan cake. (one with dates.)
