Ingredients

  • for pie
  • 6 tbspcocoa powder
  • 3 cupsplenda
  • 3 tbspself rising flour
  • 1 cupapplesauce
  • 1/2 cupstrong coffee
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3 tspvanilla extract
  • 1rolled out pie crust (rolled in a square big enough to fit a 9 by 13 baking dish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake 45 minutes at 350° or until toothpick comes out clean
