Ingredients

  1. 4 largePortobello Mushroom Caps (stems removed)
  2. 4 sliceLarge Tomatoes
  3. 1 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  4. 1/2 cupBalsamic Vinegarette
  5. 2 tbspChopped Garlic
  6. 1Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. 1Italian Seasoning to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat grill to medium heat

  2. 2

    Mix together the vinegarette and the garlic

  3. 3

    Baste both sides of mushrooms with mixture

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Place on grill and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting with mixture while grilling

  6. 6

    When you have about 1 minute left, with bottom side up, add tomato slices and top with cheese and seasoning

  7. 7

    When cheese is melted, remove from grill and serve

  8. 8

    Enjoy!
