My Fried Chicken and French Fries 😃👍

Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 1egg whites
  3. 1/4 cupPlain Flour
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 tspCracked Mixed Peppers
  6. 1/4 tspPaprika
  7. 1 pinchCayenne Pepper
  8. 1/2 literveg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Seperate the egg keep the white

  2. 2

    Mix all the peppers and salt in with the flour and mix

  3. 3

    Take the chicken breast and coat all over the egg white

  4. 4

    Then dip the coated chicken breast in the flour mix coat all over and drop it into deep hot veg oil for 3 minutes. The oil must be 2-3 inch depth to cover all chicken breast.

    Take out when the chicken is going brown, lay on kitchen paper to drain then do again with the other one.

    When drained, put them in a oven dish greased in a preheated oven for 15- 20 minutes on 170°C or gas 6

  7. 7

    After the first coating and after the frying, when cooled you can double up by putting them back in the egg white and in the flour to deep fry again for more coating.

    Pick the chicken up with a fork as its hot and double dip. Then put back in the frying for 2 mins then same, drain and put in an oven dish to cook through

    Serve with crunchy french fries and salad

It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
