Steps

Take a bowl mash the rajama or grind in a mixer for a smooth paste add seasoning red chilli ginger garlic paste chopped onions salt and mix it well.

Take a bowl mix cornflour and maida and make a flowing mixture....take the breads slice dip one by one in water squeeze it and spread it on your palm and fill it with prepared rajama filling and grated mozzarella cheese.

Cover the filling with the bread and make a ball...make it so that the filling doesn't come out.

Make all the balls in the same way...heat oil in a deep pan....let the gas be on medium flame.

Dip these balls one by one in the cornflour mixture and then roll them on fresh bread crumbs and deep fry them till golden brown in colour

Take them out on tissue paper to let the excess oil come out...then serve serve it hot with dip chutney and salad....enjoy with your kids...happy cooking
