  • 2 cupspigeon peas
  • 1onion
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1ginger root
  • cubeBeef
  • Coconut milk
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 spoonfulcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your pigeon peas until well cooked for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Fry onion, add ginger, garlic add pigeon peas and season with salt.

  3. 3

    Add Beef royco cube and coconut milk. Let it simmer for a minute.

  4. 4

    Enjoy them with Chapati.
