Ingredients

  • 1 lbcauliflower
  • 1/3 cupmustard oil
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat mustard oil till it smokes this takes the pungent flavor out of oil. Let cool just a bit. May turn dark this is normal.

    Heat up oil again. Add cauliflower and salt cook till tender but with a snap and caramelized.

Simply amazing. I make this with mashed potatoes and some fried onion and red pepper flakes...can't wait to try with cauliflower
