1/3 cupmustard oil
1/4 tspsalt

In a pan heat mustard oil till it smokes this takes the pungent flavor out of oil. Let cool just a bit. May turn dark this is normal.

Heat up oil again. Add cauliflower and salt cook till tender but with a snap and caramelized.
